Caló is a 5 piece band that's Victor led from 2011-2022. The band was based in the Santa Maria Ca. Valley area. Music genres include; Latin-Rock, R&B, Tex-Mex, Reggae, Funk, Rock en Espanol & originals. 


On May 5th 2012 Caló played a wedding; one of their first gigs in Santa Barbara Ca. Victor recorded the Rolling Stones', "Wild Horses" at the request of the bride.  The song was featured on the video of the wedding which can be seen on YouTube at MacGuinnis Murphy Wedding. The band provided acoustic music in the church courtyard, inside the church for the wedding ceremony and the reception.

Caló played at the Stone Soup Festival in Grover Beach Ca. in Late August of 2019. Caló played the main stage. The band returned to the Stone Soup Festival on August 2121.

*Caló, a literal translation equates with the term, Spanglish; a mixture of English & Spanish spoken by Latinos which symbolizes the rich Latin-American culture. Caló also translates into; Family, Brotherhood, Goodwill, Community & most importantly, the love of God the Father.
